Tony Ludlow was elected to Hampshire County Council in June 2001, representing Alton and Beech. After boundary changes he was elected for Alton Town in May 2005. Any resident of Alton is welcome to contact him about any council matter. People often don’t know whether to contact the District or County Council; don’t worry, he is happy to deal with either.
